Luone brings a wealth of experience in office management to Mecah Ventures, with a career spanning various industries such as Finance, Healthcare Consulting, Manufacturing, and Solar. Prior to joining Mecah Ventures, she played a pivotal role at Blue Raven Solar’s corporate headquarters as the Executive Assistant to the CEO. There, she was instrumental in fostering a dynamic company culture, supporting the growth and well-being of over 500 corporate employees. Before her tenure at Blue Raven Solar, Luone dedicated over 14 years to Geneva Nitrogen, where she was deeply involved in numerous facets of office management, ranging from executive assistance to HR and employee benefits administration.
Beyond her professional achievements, Luone is passionately involved in the arts. She has served as the President of the Board for a local community theater group, frequently performs in local theater productions, and is an accomplished audiobook narrator. Her wonderful family, including three children and four grandchildren, holds a special place at the center of her life, bringing joy and forming the heart of her world.
