As principal of Mecah Ventures, Mike brings over 20 years of mid-peninsula real estate experience. Mike began his real estate career in property management and brokerage, then joined The Sobrato Organization (TSO) in his early twenties, gaining valuable experience working closely with John A. Sobrato and John M. Sobrato. During his tenure at TSO, Mike negotiated build-to-suit and corporate campus leases with tenants such as Nvidia, Yahoo, Citrix, Apple, Service Now, Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Google, and Netflix. Additionally, he drove a diversification vision by selling 18 South Bay buildings and acquiring over 40 acres of mid-peninsula development land for future growth of the real estate business, with the total consideration of these transactions exceeding 3 billion dollars. These sites now house some of the most spectacular office and residential communities in the Bay Area mid-peninsula.
After making a significant impact at TSO, Mike established Windy Hill Property Ventures (WHPV) development and commercial business. It was here where Mike further developed his expertise in modern place-creation and risk mitigation strategies, leading to the development of Biotech, Office, Mixed-Use, and Multi-Family properties for a total consideration of over 1 billion dollars. Building on this proven success, it is now the focus of Mike’s newest organization, Mecah Ventures.

Lisa is president of LOR Planning & Environmental Consulting, which provides planning, environmental and land use consulting. Her 20 year career includes management of large office, mixed-use, and transit oriented development projects. She particularly enjoys working on complex projects with community involvement. She excels at bringing together stakeholders in the planning process for projects that achieve community expectations.

Evan leads the architectural design effort and is responsible for the quality of the design work performed on all building projects. He and Craig have executed on bringing the vision of Mecah Ventures into reality. Evan has his Architecture degree from the University of Notre Dame.

Craig Almeleh founded ARC TEC and has partnered with Evan in executing on the Mecah vision for the last 10 build projects. He continues to participate in the Mecah projects, providing invaluable advice and oversight. Craig has his architecture degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

As Vice President, Pre-Construction, Joel is responsible for oversight of the project during the pre-construction phase and brings a diverse range of construction experience to the team. He implements cost-effective solutions to complete multi-faceted projects under strict deadlines.

Mary Escoto specializes in real estate accounting, acquisition and exchanges, development, and property management for commercial and residential real estate. Her main objective is to assist closely held businesses in achieving business and individual goals by planning and developing tax saving strategies.
She has an accounting degree from Golden Gate University and an M.S. in Taxation.

Christian and his team manage day-to-day operations for Wheatley Properties. This includes over 1,000,000 sq. ft. of the finest blended office and residential centers between Mountain View and Burlingame with an estimated value of $1.6 billion. His finance degree is from B.Y.U.
